Student Offers

For the 2026-2027 Academic year you will be rewarded as follows: £100 per booking when referring 1–5 people / £150 per booking when referring 6–10 people / £200 per booking when referring 11–15 people / £250 per booking when referring 16–20 people / £500 per booking when referring over 20 people. Rewards are based on sole occupancy bookings. The referred student(s) must sign a 44- or 51-week license agreement. If you refer two people sharing the same room, you will receive half of the reward amount per person. There is NO limit on how many referral rewards you can earn. For a booking to qualify as a valid referral: The referred student must meet all eligibility criteria to book accommodation with Study Inn. The booking must be a new booking, meaning: student has never previously lived at Study Inn or student has not been referred by another individual or agency. The referral form on this page must be completed and submitted before the referred student signs their license agreement. Referral rewards will be confirmed and paid after the new student has: paid their first license fee payment, and checked in to their Study Inn accommodation.
