By Study Inn
At Study Inn, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that the current covid-19 crisis doesn’t negatively impact your university experience. As you’ll be aware, the pandemic has thrown quite the curveball, but we’ve put in place a number of measures that will help us to safely work around it.
If you’re worrying about how it’s going to impact your first experience of living away from home, we’d like to put your mind at rest. Those who are coming to stay with us in our student studios will find that our commitment to your health, happiness, and wellbeing remains as strong as ever.
Certainly, taking care of our students has always been the driving force behind Study Inn’s ethos, and this remains unchanged. Our aim is to offer a safe and supportive learning environment, and we’ve put a number of measures in place to ensure that this continues to be the case.
Reliable internet for remote learning during covid-19
Although universities are committed to opening as usual come September, there will be some changes to your learning experience. The latest insights suggest that while classroom learning will still go ahead, there will also be an increased emphasis on its remote counterpart.
This means you’ll be doing a lot more studying at home, which is why Study Inn has made sure we have the fastest and most reliable internet available across all our centres. This will make accessing materials and attending video lectures and/or seminars as easy as pie.
Safe study spaces for focused learning
As well as making sure you have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, Study Inn will also be ensuring that you have safe spaces to study in. We’ve always had an emphasis on providing private rooms with en-suite facilities to help support your learning, but this has become even more important to us than it was previously.
This means you’ll never have to worry about working with noise and distractions all around, but will instead have access to a series of dedicated quiet areas for completing your university work and carrying out your lessons.
General safety measures
As well as creating an environment that’s conducive to learning, you’ll notice that we’ve implemented a number of other measures to keep you safe when you stay with us. These include hand sanitisation stations which are spread throughout the buildings, as well as social distancing markers and staff PPE.
If you’re looking for all-inclusive student accommodation, why not contact us today? With a range of en-suite rooms available, we have something to suit every budget.
