Study Inn Group, the luxury hotel-style student accommodation owner, developer and operator, are set to open in Exeter in September 2021.

The £25million development is located on the site of the former BBC studios in Walnut Gardens, St David’s Hill in the heart of the city. The property will provide 167 rooms in a mix of well-designed studios and shared serviced apartment bedrooms and is a 8-minute walk to the University of Exeter.
